About the role
Lead gFiber’s SFU Bulk business by building an operational engine connecting strategy, sales, and network planning. Drive partnerships and mentor sales reps while collaborating cross-functionally to scale growth.
What you’ll do
• Own national program architecture and playbooks. • Lead financial and operational evaluation of bulk leads. • Enable sales by routing opportunities dynamically. • Collaborate with network planning and service delivery teams. • Drive go-to-market execution and product readiness.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 7 years in business development or sales leadership in telecom. • 3 years negotiating bulk telecom agreements. • Proven cross-functional leadership in matrixed environments. • Financial acumen with ROI and capital expenditure experience.
