About the role
Lead retail inventory, category, and merchandising to ensure optimal stock availability and assortment. Manage inventory accuracy, replenishment, and merchandising across supermarket and consumer goods operations.
What you’ll do
• Improve shelf availability and merchandising discipline. • Set stock controls and reorder points. • Produce inventory and category reports. • Train and supervise inventory and merchandising staff. • Lead stock counts and variance investigations.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum five years retail inventory experience. • Bachelor’s degree or HND in related field. • Experience with POS, ERP, inventory systems. • Two to three years supervisory inventory leadership. • Skilled in stock counts and reconciliations.
