About the role
Lead finance function supporting end-to-end supply chain with financial control and commercial insight. Oversee cost accounting, factory accounting, and accounts payable while driving financial analysis and performance improvement.
What you’ll do
• Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes. • Develop and monitor key financial KPIs. • Provide financial analysis for decision-making. • Partner with teams to identify cost optimisation. • Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years finance experience in FMCG or manufacturing. • Strong analytical and commercial skills. • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). • Experience managing finance teams. • Strong understanding of inventory and product costing.
