About the role
Guide members through personalized health coaching across nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress. Use data and motivational techniques to support lasting behavior change.
What you’ll do
• Own members' experience end to end. • Coach live and asynchronously via virtual sessions and messaging. • Build personalized, data-informed health plans. • Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening. • Track progress and celebrate behavior wins.
What you’ll bring
• NBC-HWC certification required. • Associate's degree or equivalent experience. • 2+ years client-facing coaching experience. • Proven high-volume caseload management. • Strong written and verbal communication.
