About the role
Provide virtual healthcare assistance including patient communication, referrals, and EMR management. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and support the healthcare team remotely.
What you’ll do
• Call patients to relay test results. • Create and process referrals. • Order labs and schedule appointments. • Maintain and update electronic medical records. • Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
What you’ll bring
• RN License (Philippines or USRN). • 1+ year experience as Medical Virtual Assistant. • Excellent English communication skills. • Proficient in EHR/EMR systems. • Able to work graveyard shift.
