About the role
Manage lien files and represent clients in California workers' compensation defense cases remotely. Negotiate and litigate to resolve liens effectively.
What you’ll do
• Manage full caseload of lien files. • Rate permanent disability under AMA Guides. • Work with clients for claim resolution. • Represent clients before WCAB judges. • Lead negotiations with lien claimants.
What you’ll bring
• 4-20 years experience. • California workers' comp defense experience. • Appear before WCAB judges. • Manage lien files independently. • U.S. citizens or Green Card holders only.
Life at SIVAD Consulting
Fully remote role with equipment provided. Optional in-office work at eight California locations. Travel may be required for some hearings.
