About the role
Manage the facilities helpdesk and CMMS/CAFM system, logging and tracking maintenance requests from receipt to resolution. Ensure requests are categorized, routed, and tracked against response and resolution timelines.
What you’ll do
• Receive and log maintenance requests accurately. • Prioritise and route work orders to correct service teams. • Track work orders to completion and follow up. • Acknowledge requests and keep requesters informed. • Escalate urgent or unresolved work orders promptly.
What you’ll bring
• OND/HND or equivalent in related discipline. • Prior helpdesk or customer service experience preferred. • Comfortable learning CMMS/CAFM system. • Strong organisational and communication skills. • Calm and professional manner under pressure.
