About the role
The HEMM Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and optimal performance of heavy earth-moving equipment at Dangote Cement Plc.
What you’ll do
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance. • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic faults. • Conduct routine inspections and condition monitoring. • Develop maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution. • Manage spare parts and provide technical training to technicians.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. • 15 years experience with heavy earth-moving equipment. • Experience as OEM service engineer is an advantage. • Ability to read HEMM schematics and advanced troubleshooting skills. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
