About the role
The Clinic Scheduler manages appointment scheduling, answers calls, and coordinates with patients and providers. They ensure accurate patient information and follow scheduling protocols using EHR software.
What you’ll do
• Schedule medical appointments coordinating patients and providers. • Answer and initiate calls professionally. • Use EHR software for scheduling. • Obtain accurate patient demographics. • Manage electronic requests and distribute faxes.
What you’ll bring
• 2 years administration or similar experience preferred. • Previous medical office experience preferred. • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. • HIPAA compliance required. • OSHA rules knowledge preferred.
