About the role
Provide installation, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair services for home appliances. Improve product reliability and customer satisfaction while ensuring safety and quality standards.
What you’ll do
• Collaborate with service and support teams for efficient delivery. • Perform functional and safety tests after repairs. • Adhere to company policies and quality standards. • Diagnose and repair a wide range of home appliances. • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 3 years experience in appliance repair. • OND, HND, or Bachelor's in relevant engineering or technical field. • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
