About the role
Work full-time processing financial vouchers and vendor invoices for a US-based client. Follow instructions and processes closely while demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail.
What you’ll do
• Create vouchers and process vendor invoices. • Validate invoices against purchase orders and coding instructions. • Process vendor short-pay requests and prepaid postage. • Research and resolve errors in Matched Exception Report. • Assist Sales Support and perform other duties.
What you’ll bring
• Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience. • 1-3 years Accounts Payable or related experience. • Strong verbal and written English skills. • Ability to work overnight shifts Philippine time. • Basic Microsoft Office and web-based program knowledge.
