About the role
Supervise daily hotel operations ensuring efficient service, staff discipline, and guest satisfaction. Act as a link between management and staff to maintain operational standards.
What you’ll do
• Supervise daily activities of all hotel departments. • Ensure smooth running of Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen, Laundry, Maintenance, Security. • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and conduct. • Attend to guest complaints and ensure timely resolution. • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities.
What you’ll bring
• OND or HND in Hospitality or related field preferred. • Experience supervising hotel operations. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Knowledge of hotel departments and service standards. • Ability to prepare reports and work independently.
