About the role
Lead and strengthen HR and administrative functions across NRC Nigeria's country programme. Implement HR strategy, improve recruitment, and promote staff development in a humanitarian setting.
What you’ll do
• Lead implementation of global HR standards and initiatives. • Support HR functions in area offices. • Facilitate staff consultations and engagement. • Ensure accurate payroll processing. • Coordinate office and accommodation management.
What you’ll bring
• Postgraduate qualification in HR or related field. • Minimum 5 years senior HR experience in humanitarian context. • Fluency in English. • Experience in complex, volatile contexts. • Strong interpersonal and capacity building skills.
