About the role
Lead and strengthen HR and administrative functions across NRC Nigeria's country programme. Implement HR strategy, improve recruitment, and promote staff development in a humanitarian setting.
What you’ll do
• Implement Global Standards and initiatives at country level. • Support HR function in Area Offices. • Lead staff consultations and engagement efforts. • Monitor employee wellbeing and staff care programmes. • Coordinate office and accommodation management.
What you’ll bring
• Postgraduate qualification in HR or related field. • Minimum 5 years senior HR experience in humanitarian context. • Experience in complex and volatile contexts. • Fluency in English. • Strong interpersonal and capacity building skills.
