What you’ll do
• Design multi-step HR tasks with objective grading criteria. • Create or source supporting materials for tasks. • Flag ambiguous or ungradable tasks. • Deliver approved tasks on schedule and quality. • Work remotely with strong English communication.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years hands-on HR or payroll experience. • Experience with HR policies and compliance frameworks. • Comfortable with spreadsheets and reports. • Strong English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred). • HR certification or AI evaluation experience is a plus.
