About the role
Support recruitment, talent development and employee performance management for two growing businesses. Establish HR processes and ensure performance standards are met.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies. • Prepare job descriptions and publish vacancies. • Develop measurable KPIs and monitor performance. • Maintain employee records and support relations. • Provide weekly recruitment and HR progress reports.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 3 years relevant HR experience. • Proven recruitment and talent acquisition skills. • Experience developing and monitoring KPIs. • Strong communication and interviewing skills. • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
