About the role
Own HR for Oak Exclusive's 20–99 employees, supporting tailoring, printing, embroidery and branding work. Partner with managers to build routines, handle employee matters and keep HR operations dependable.
What you’ll do
• Recruit and onboard employees across production and support roles. • Resolve employee issues fairly with department managers. • Run performance reviews and support development. • Maintain HR policies, records and compliance. • Administer payroll and benefits accurately. • Coordinate training and development.
What you’ll bring
