About the role

• Serve as HR policy expert and provide guidance. • Support business unit restructuring and workforce planning. • Manage employee relations and conduct investigations. • Implement HR strategies including talent acquisition and retention. • Provide leadership coaching and conduct training sessions.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5-10 years relevant HR experience. • Knowledge of US and Mexico employee relations. • Strong Microsoft Office skills. • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
