About the role
Support employees, managers, and business leaders across US and Canada with HR business partnership and organizational effectiveness.
What you’ll do
• Assist in manager training and leadership development. • Manage employee leaves and accommodations. • Support talent management and organizational development. • Analyze workforce metrics and ensure HR compliance. • Coordinate performance management processes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 7+ years progressive HR experience. • Strong knowledge of US and Canada employment laws. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. • Preferred HR certifications and French language skills.
