About the role
The HR Business Partner supports a portfolio of software companies across multiple countries, advising on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely on M&A activities and integration planning in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
• Serve as strategic HR partner across multiple business units and countries. • Lead complex employee relations investigations and conflict resolution. • Manage performance lifecycle including reviews and coaching. • Advise on employment practices and compliance across jurisdictions. • Build and scale HR programs for engagement and retention.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years HR Business Partner experience. • Experience with multi-entity, multi-country organizations. • Strong employee relations and performance management skills. • Knowledge of US, Canada, UK, and New Zealand employment laws. • Ability to advise senior leaders and manage ambiguity.
