About the role
Manage core HR functions and drive organizational structure. Handle recruitment, payroll, performance management, and HR systems implementation.
What you’ll do
• Monitor outsourced staff activities and payroll compliance. • Coordinate performance management and track KPIs. • Administer leave, attendance, and workforce data. • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 1 year HR experience, preferably consulting. • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin or related. • Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR regulations. • Strong communication and people management skills.
