About the role
Deliver HR consulting services to clients and oversee internal HR and operational processes. Support client HR solutions and ensure smooth in-house HR operations within the firm.
What you’ll do
• Provide HR advisory and consulting services to clients. • Support HR strategy development and workforce planning. • Manage recruitment and selection processes for clients. • Design and implement performance management systems. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
What you’ll bring
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices. • Minimum 6 years experience in HR consulting or generalist HR roles. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Experience managing client-facing and internal operations. • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
