About the role
Conduct mid to high-level investigations and manage employee relations programs across Poland, Bulgaria, and Germany. Interface with employees, management, Legal, HRBPs, and external stakeholders to maintain positive employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
What you’ll do
• Conduct detailed investigations on employee relations concerns. • Provide clear communication and comprehensive reports. • Support and coach leaders on attendance and performance plans. • Facilitate learning workshops and knowledge transfer. • Assist in works council meetings and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 2+ years in Employee Relations. • Professional proficiency in German and English. • Fluency in Polish or Bulgarian essential. • Knowledge of employment laws in Poland and Bulgaria preferred.
