About the role
Support and drive human resources operations focusing on high-volume workforce management in security services.
What you’ll do
• Recruitment and workforce replacement coordination. • Ensure compliance with labour regulations and audits. • Administer performance appraisals and conduct exit interviews. • Manage employee records and leave schedules. • Handle employee relations, discipline, and grievance management.
What you’ll bring
• 4–6 years HR experience in security or outsourcing. • Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour compliance. • Ability to work in fast-paced operational environment. • Experience managing large numbers of operational staff. • HR certification is an added advantage.
