About the role
Oversee human resource functions and drive effective people management practices across the organisation. Develop and implement HR policies, manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
What you’ll do
• Develop and review HR policies and strategies. • Manage recruitment and onboarding of staff. • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution. • Coordinate performance management and staff appraisals. • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • Minimum 5 years HR experience, 3 in leadership. • Experience in hospital or healthcare preferred. • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR operations. • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
