About the role
Oversee human resource functions and drive effective people management practices in a healthcare setting. Develop HR policies, manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
What you’ll do
• Develop and review HR policies and strategies. • Manage recruitment and onboarding of staff. • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution. • Coordinate performance management and staff appraisals. • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • Minimum 5 years HR experience, 3 in leadership. • Experience in healthcare or hospital environment preferred. • Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR operations. • Strong leadership and communication skills.
