About the role
Manage HR functions including compliance, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. Drive performance management and foster positive workplace culture.
What you’ll do
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws. • Develop and implement HR policies and employee handbook. • Drive performance management and appraisal cycles. • Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters. • Manage payroll, compensation, and statutory remittances. • Lead recruitment and onboarding for multiple departments.
What you’ll bring
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practice. • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software. • 5-8 years HR experience, 2-3 years managerial. • CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent certification preferred.
