About the role
Provide HR leadership and support for a renowned Nigeria-based restaurant. Manage recruitment, compliance, staff documentation, and HR administration.
What you’ll do
• Handle employee relations and grievance procedures. • Maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll inputs. • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation. • Coordinate training and development. • Prepare HR reports using Excel, Word, HRIS.
What you’ll bring
• CIPM certified. • 5 years+ HR experience, QSR/hospitality preferred. • Proficient in Excel, Word, HRIS. • Knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices.
