About the role

• Maintain accurate employee records on HRIS. • Address performance and conduct issues with managers. • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback. • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes. • Drive engagement and retention initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• High integrity and attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS. • B.Sc. or HND in HR or related field. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Minimum 5 years HR experience.
