About the role
Support effective delivery of HR operations and consulting services including employee management and recruitment.
What you’ll do
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records. • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. • Assist in HR consulting projects and client assignments. • Prepare HR reports, policies, and documentation. • Coordinate training and HR-related projects.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in HR or related field. • 2–4 years HR experience in consulting or professional services. • Strong knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian Labour laws. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
