About the role
Support effective delivery of HR operations and consulting services. Manage employee management, recruitment, HR documentation, and client support.
What you’ll do
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records. • Coordinate training, meetings, and HR projects. • Assist in HR consulting projects and client assignments. • Prepare HR reports, policies, and presentations. • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
What you’ll bring
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Bachelor’s degree/HND in HR or related field. • 2–4 years HR experience in consulting or services. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. • Knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian Labour laws.
