About the role

What you’ll do
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes. • Develop and implement HR policies and best practices. • Support performance management and employee development. • Coordinate staff training and employee engagement activities.
What you’ll bring
• Professional HR certification CIPM is an advantage. • Minimum 3 years HR experience. • Bachelor's Degree/HND in HR or related field. • Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
