About the role
Support the growing team and help build a professional, people-first workplace. Manage HR functions including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
What you’ll do
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and induction. • Maintain employee records and attendance. • Ensure compliance with labour laws and policies. • Support payroll and manage leave and benefits. • Coordinate training and performance appraisals. • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years HR experience in retail or hospitality. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software. • B.Sc/HND in HR or related field. • CIPM membership or in progress. • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
