About the role
Serve as a primary HR resource for U.S., Australia, and Global Buying Office Associates. Provide information on HR policies, benefits, and processes while ensuring compliance.
What you’ll do
• Respond to HR inquiries via phone, email, and reports. • Process routine HR transactions accurately and timely. • Provide high-level customer service and escalate issues. • Identify trends and suggest improvements. • Assist associates and managers with HR systems navigation.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 1 year administrative experience preferred. • Deep understanding of HR processes and legal requirements. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize work. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
