About the role
Responsible for implementing and coordinating HR shared services at DCP Headquarters. Ensures efficient service delivery in employee welfare, travel, expatriate support, and engagement programs.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate international and local travel. • Administer medical/HMO schemes. • Manage year-end employee welfare programs. • Plan expatriate leave and administration. • Liaise with service providers for seamless delivery.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 9 years HR Shared Services experience. • Bachelor's degree in related field. • Postgraduate qualification is advantage. • Strong planning and multitasking skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
