About the role
The HR Systems Analyst supports HRIS administration, data maintenance, and reporting solutions. They troubleshoot system issues and support HR technology projects.
What you’ll do
• Support HRIS administration and system configuration. • Develop and maintain reports using SQL and Excel. • Investigate and troubleshoot system and data issues. • Support system upgrades and implementations. • Maintain employee data accuracy and security.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 1-2 years in HRIS or related area. • Working knowledge of SQL. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Experience supporting HRIS or similar applications.
