About the role
Support and administer Dayforce HCM and iCIMS systems. Manage HR data and improve HRIS processes.
What you’ll do
• Administer Dayforce modules and resolve support tickets. • Run data imports, audits, and resolve discrepancies. • Assist with system configuration, testing, and upgrades. • Build and maintain custom HR reports and dashboards. • Maintain integrations and collaborate with IT and vendors.
What you’ll bring
• Hands-on HRIS experience with Dayforce HCM. • Experience with ATS such as iCIMS. • Strong knowledge of HRIS across HR, payroll, benefits. • Experience with compliance reporting like EEO-1, VETS-4212. • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field.
