About the role
Provide technical and functional support for the HRIS system ensuring availability and efficient operation. Maintain, configure, troubleshoot, and support HRIS modules and integrations.
What you’ll do
• Provide day-to-day HRIS technical and functional support. • Configure and maintain HRIS modules and user roles. • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS technical issues. • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employee data. • Support HRIS integration with other enterprise applications.
What you’ll bring
• University degree in Computer Engineering or related field. • Minimum 10 years experience in similar role. • Knowledge of HRIS processes and Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL. • Experience with system testing, debugging, and reporting development. • Proficient in MS Excel, C#.NET, Java, JavaScript frameworks, Power BI.
