About the role
Lead the development and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environmental systems in Oil & Gas servicing operations. Ensure compliance, manage risks, and promote safety culture across all operations.
What you’ll do
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions. • Manage HSE compliance and regulatory inspections. • Oversee operational risk assessments and control measures. • Develop and improve HSE policies and management systems. • Coordinate HSE training and emergency preparedness.
What you’ll bring
• 10 years HSE experience in Oil & Gas or related fields. • Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Knowledge of Nigerian Oil & Gas HSE regulations. • Relevant certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH, ISPON.
