About the role
Lead farmer recruitment, input distribution, and harvest management at the local hub. Maintain community relationships and oversee logistics and reporting.
What you’ll do
• Recruit, register, and onboard smallholder farmers. • Coordinate timely delivery of inputs to farmers. • Manage harvest logistics and crop aggregation. • Maintain accurate farmer registers and submit reports. • Engage with community and local agricultural leaders.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field. • Fluency in English and local language. • Willingness to live near Mbiabet community. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Commitment to improving rural livelihoods.
