About the role
Lead farmer recruitment, input distribution, harvest management, and community liaison for the agricultural hub. Ensure smooth operations and maintain strong relationships with local farmers and stakeholders.
What you’ll do
• Recruit and onboard smallholder farmers. • Coordinate input delivery and monitor farming practices. • Manage harvest logistics and crop aggregation. • Maintain accurate records and submit weekly reports. • Engage with community leaders and oversee hub facilities.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field. • Fluency in English and local languages. • Willingness to live near Nfom community. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
