About the role
Lead human-centered change initiatives for public sector clients, ensuring delivery excellence and customer success. Partner with teams to drive transformational change and operational excellence.
What you’ll do
• Serve as trusted advisor on change management best practices. • Conduct change impact, readiness, and barrier analyses. • Develop and execute holistic change strategies. • Lead change management activities and leverage AI tools. • Coach senior leaders on change best practices.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 8 years in customer-facing transformation roles. • Experience with Human-Centered Change and Design Thinking. • Prosci® Change Management Certification required. • Proven public sector consulting experience. • US citizenship and willingness to travel up to 30%.
