About the role
Manage outsourced client accounts, oversee payroll, support employee relations, and ensure HR compliance. Partner with clients to deliver effective people solutions aligned with business objectives.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws. • Serve as primary HR Business Partner for client accounts. • Manage employee relations and performance management. • Administer payroll and manage outsourced workforce operations.
What you’ll bring
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices. • Minimum 3 years post-NYSC HR Business Partner experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. • Experience in employee relations and payroll administration. • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
