About the role
Coordinate and deliver HR operations aligned with the school's strategic objectives. Strengthen HR team effectiveness and performance.
What you’ll do
• Support compliance with employment legislation and HR policies. • Prepare employment contracts and variations. • Validate and process monthly payroll inputs. • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. • Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field. • CIPM or CIPD membership required. • Minimum five years post-degree experience. • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and analytics. • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
