About the role
Manage HR operations and use technology and AI to improve HR productivity in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Build systems and solve people and operational problems beyond conventional office hours.
What you’ll do
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. • Optimize HR Management System HRMS/HRIS. • Build HR systems, trackers, workflows and processes. • Identify and solve HR and workforce problems early. • Drive performance tracking, KPIs, appraisals, and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree with 3-6 years experience. • Strong problem solver and system builder. • Highly organised with strong follow-through. • Comfortable with HRMS/HRIS and digital workflows. • Technology and AI savvy.
