About the role
Serve as an internal consultant and strategic partner to Staff Directors and Staff on HR-related issues. Build partnerships and deliver value-added HR services reflecting ministry objectives and values.
What you’ll do
• Act as internal consultant and partner with Staff Directors and Staff. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and InterVarsity policies. • Provide HR policy guidance and resolve employee relations issues. • Consult on performance management and workforce planning. • Participate in HR department goals and projects.
What you’ll bring
• Affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Faith annually. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience required. • 4-7 years related HR experience depending on level. • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws. • Strong communication and conflict management skills.
