About the role
Manage payroll administration, HR data analysis, invoicing, and general HR operations to support business decisions. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all HR processes.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately. • Maintain and reconcile payroll and attendance records. • Generate HR reports and dashboards. • Prepare and reconcile HR-related invoices. • Support onboarding and HR administrative tasks.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field. • 2-3 years experience in HR operations and payroll. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP. • Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory requirements. • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
