About the role
Support daily HR operations in a restaurant environment including recruitment, attendance, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
What you’ll do
• Assist with recruitment and selection processes. • Maintain employee records and documentation. • Monitor attendance and shift scheduling. • Support employee relations and welfare initiatives. • Assist in onboarding and training new staff.
What you’ll bring
• 1-3 years HR or administrative experience. • Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws. • Experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred. • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in related field. • Strong communication and organisational skills.
