About the role
Lead and manage the full HR function to support business objectives and organisational growth. Develop and execute HR strategies, oversee recruitment, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies. • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes. • Manage performance appraisal and improvement plans. • Coordinate payroll and compensation reviews. • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with 2 years managerial. • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. • Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria. • Experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations. • Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
