About the role
Assist HR Manager in recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, performance management, and training. Support HR systems and processes in Northeast Nigeria.
What you’ll do
• Assist in recruitment and interviews at local levels. • Manage onboarding, benefits, and compensation follow-ups. • Maintain employee records and review leave applications. • Promote job ads and conduct candidate outreach. • Conduct training sessions for new hires.
What you’ll bring
• BSc or BA in Business Administration or Social Sciences. • 2-5 years HR experience, NGO experience a plus. • Detail-oriented and process-oriented. • Good communication in English and local languages. • Proficient with MS Office and Google Docs.
